At Mitchell & Ness, we stand by the quality of our authentic sportswear and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that customized jerseys and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select the reason for your return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided; a flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original hangtags and holographic stickers remain intact on the apparel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
